Hi Lishra
How does one go about getting a blog post included in your list of “must reads”?
Hi, jilla. I don’t really have a set process for choosing the links… it’s kind of just what I remember to include because I’ve bookmarked it, “liked” the post on WordPress, and so forth. I don’t include bloggers who have asked not to be included.
I wouldn’t call them my “must reads” as much as my “I read this, liked it, and thought you might too” list. Ha. There’s obviously a lot that I’ve read and liked that I don’t put in links posts, but I figure people’s Google readers or RSS feeds can do huge roundups like that for them already.
Thanks, sister!!! ❤
Here’s a must read for you, Lishra.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION REPOST AT WILL
Everyone needs to see this. Tell the Canadian Cancer Society what you think of their latest fundraiser: Shave your pubic hair (designs supplied online and in Huff Po today) to raise money for Cervical Cancer and HPV awareness. If this is happening in Canada, it’s going to happen in the U.S. Same pharma, same porn marketing.strategy. Gardasil sales must be slacking off.

Oh goodness, that is just horrendous! Thanks for sharing it, Jilla. This is right up there with the “I heart boobies” merch that’s peddled under the guise of “raising awareness for breast cancer”. Just another way to pornify women.
