Against All Evidence 
This was one song I wanted to like, but ended up hating. For one thing, we’re not girls. We’re women. I notice that people use the word “girl” to describe a woman who is considered valuable in patriarchy. I suppose this is because of ageism. After we become old enough to birth babies, our value depreciates from there.
And we don’t run the world, not by a long shot. I also don’t want women’s strength to be measured by our ability to birth babies then get right back into the workplace. That’s typical conformist crap.
